TP Orientation Engineering Mentor
(Dance)
Yesterday, i came home from my 4 days 3 nights camp in school...
On the 1st day of camp, i report to school at around 5pm cuz dance IC want to discuss something with us....After that, we went to have a quick dinner in school than went to see which LT we need to go....Haiz...Admin never post me to any class, so i was told to go LT 32...Lucky i was not the onli one...Afew dancers also no class...After everyone knows which LT to go, we seperate ourselves to go to our repective LT....
When the few of us went to our LT, we were the onli few...We waited for sometimes than someone came in...The person also same case as us....Awhile later afew more came in.....Than Dip head came in....Than debrief started....We intro ourselves than we learn the TP hand signing...After that go to classroom put our bags....Than go back to LT again....
This time round, in the LT we learn cheers....After the cheer, dance group were told that we got our own room....so we went back to just now the room to take our things and went to our dance room....
After we put our thing, afew of us went out to buy food....cuz havn't eat dinner yet.....
After dinner, we ate ice cream...The ice cream was realli very nice and it was bought by one of the dancer....
After we finish eating ice cream, we started praticing for our dance....We pratice till around 3-4am....Than all lay down on the floor trying to sleep, but another 1hr, we need to wake up already, so i nvr realli sleep...
Around 530am, we wake each other up to get ourselve wash up...because reporting time is at 6am...Very early but no choice.....
During debrief, we again learn cheer....The all the Dip head came in....Than everyone slowly went with their Dip head for further brifing....Haiz...Me again no class...But this time round, more people do not have class....
Awhile later, they call us to other LT to wait....While waiting, we watch movie....Than, admin came in and call everyone to go out to be guard....
We stood near the enterance of the school to give the freshies direction...After standing for sometimes, lesser students came in, so my friends and i went to sit down...I fell asleep after awhile.....
My friend wake me up when we were told to go back to LT....Everyone was watching movie, but i just fell asleep again until the whole movie was over....
Yei....finally i got class already....I am the asst. mentor for one of the class in BZE...Cool...I went into the class and they are making their instrument so don't wish to distrude them....Than when they finish making, they need to go to LT to learn headsign....So i no time to intro myself.....
In the LT, i tried to bring up the atmosphere but the freshies are not cheering yet....Haiz...So continue with the handsign teaching lor....After the handsign teaching, they went back to class to have lunch with thier Cp....
After lunch i leave the class and headed for dance pratice for the freshies....
At 6pm, the freshies went home, than we went for our debrief....All mentor were scolded becuz the freshies were not active and they do not know the cheer....So debrife ended quit late....Than dancers went out to eat dinner and took our shower and went to sleep...No dance pratice that nite cuz all of us are very tire after the day activities....
At nite i cannot sleep sia...I sleep for awhile than wake up already...becuz air con too cold....
Than is morning already....We went to LT than we start to learn cheer again....than we went to our class....This time i manage to intro myself and started to crap with the freshies....Than me and first mentor thought than the cheers....But the freshies seems like they are not awake...So i came out with the idea to combine class...This time my class is cheering....
Than is time to go hear the school staff talk....While they are hearing the school staff talk, me and afew mentors sat behind and TC....
When the staff talk finish, everybody went back to class to have lunch...I took my lunch and go for the dance pratice with the freshies....
When i reached, onli i was there, so i slowly eat my lunch inside....After awhile, IC came in, he was shock that no one was their....So we wait lor....Wait for quit late, but still nobody....So IC very angry cuz at nite is our performance already.....So at 230pm, the freshies came....But still no mentor came expect me and IC around....So we started calling all the mentors to come down to the room....Both of us waitied for an hour plus than all the mentors came in...We started the teaching session till 6pm....Than we practice for our performance which was just in afew hours time...After pratice, we ate our dinner and changed.....Than is performance time....
Before the performance, some of us were very nervous and one person is me....Hahaha...Perform so many times already still nervous, i must be jocking....
Finally is our performance....Its a success, i get 93 per cent of my dance step right....i'm always like this...During pratice always cannot get things right..But when come to actual day, i can do well...
Than when everything finish, we went back to class to have our personal debrife....IC brought wat happen in the morning....Than everyone look kind of shock and unhappy...
After debrief, me and IC and afew of us went out to eat cuz dinner was not very nice....After that we went back to school and took a shower....
We intend to torn the nite and we started playing game...I was not very go in games so i kept losing...haiz....
At around 5plus, we went to rest, so that we have energy for the day...
The day have arrive, we wash up oursleves and headed to the LT....This time the mentor we cheering loudly....We are high....Than we went to our class...
I went to my class for awhile and headed for dance pratice for the freshies....
IC got angry again...Cuz things are not going as plan...So he told the freshies if u all don't get things right, no lunch....Finially all of them got all things right....and we had our lunch....
After lunch we headed to the LT get brief for the regatar....When brifing was over, me and afew mentors taught them cheers for the regatar cuz the competiton included cheers...
At around 3plus, we went to sports stadium to join the rest....
The dancers went to pratices someway while i was cheering like mad dog behind the spectator sits with afew mentors from BZE....
After the stadium event, we headed for bedok reservoir...There, i became very very high....I cheer and cheer and cheer till i no voice now....
When very thing was over, i was still cheering with afew mentors and with my new voice....Than i kept playing with my new voice when talking with the freshmen....Than the freshmen go home, we mentor went for debrife...
Inside the LT, we are still cheering...This shows how high are the mentors...
After the debrife, all the dancers went back to take our things and went for Jam and Hop...
This year the Jam and Hop is better than last year but it ends too early....but I had alot of fun sia.....
After Jam and Hop, i went to club room to wait for my cousin....
And when i reached home, i bath and sleep immediately without waiting for my hair to dry....Cuz i was very very tire....
I just missed the orientation...It ended to fast....I plan to be FA next with afew of the mentors...
Lets wait and see wat is instored next year....
